Is Granny's chair gathering dust with a busted seat in your attic? Curious about the art of caning: using rattan to weave a hexagonal pattern for seats and tables?
This two day class will cover the seven-step caning process or the herringbone twill flat weave, depending on your chair. Bring your own chair to restore, or for a small additional fee use one of ours. Come away with a resurrected heirloom!
Moderate hand strength required. This will be an intensive workshop; come ready to focus in and weave speedy to get your chair finished!

Registration closes the Wednesday before class.

There are multiple price points, as this class is sliding-scale, and includes all supplies. Please choose the option that best suits what you can afford right now.
