Triple Spring’s first screen printing class in the new studio! We will start with an overview of the silk screen process, as well as its history. Our main focus however, will be making prints! Using hand cut stencils, as well as premade photoemulsion screens, we will learn the basics of how to pull a print. With those skills in hand, we can let our creativity take over. We will talk design and color theory as we practice making prints in a variety of styles and techniques. Recombination, layering, and collage are all encouraged. We will mainly focus on works on paper for this class.

Registration closes the Wednesday before class.
